Parents or legal guardians may create accounts and purchase bansuris on behalf of minors, and by doing so, they agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the minor.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within India using various courier services. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier service after the product has been dispatched. However, if a product is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist you in lodging a claim with the courier service. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If a delivery fails due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product is delivered damaged. To initiate a return, contact us at admin@vanshivihaar.in or +91-8805786772 within 7 days of delivery with your order details and evidence of damage (e.g., photos). Please note that our damaged-only return policy is prominently displayed on our Site to ensure transparency.

Refund Process

Refunds or replacements for damaged products will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including shipping costs for damaged items. Please note that the refund amount may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including images, text, logos, and product designs, is owned by Vanshi Vihaar or our licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
